3ARK is about “Comfort for people + Efficiency for buildings”.
We do this by:
Advising on how to design and build airtight buildings,
Performing verification test of building envelope performance,
Identifying excessive air-leakage locations so that remedial action can be taken.
3ARK has assessors accredited to use the Victorian Residential Efficiency Scorecard. In a similar manner to the Star Ratings of new homes, the Scorecard uses information about a home to provide a Star Rating of building shell, and a representation of the running cost of fixed appliances in the home. It provides a guide for improvements to raise efficiency and cost effectively. 3ARK has delivered over 240 Scorecard assessments in Victoria.
